Paul was born in Vietnam in 1960 to parents who were both police officers. Paul's parents instilled the values of honesty, integrity, hard work, and service to the community with Paul and his ten siblings. In 1985, Paul immigrated to the United States and utilized the values instilled by his parents to begin his quest of the American dream and find his way to provide service to the community in which he lived; Sacramento. Paul initially worked for the United States Postal Service, but soon pursued his passion for automotive service.

After developing years of experience and acquiring a Master Automotive Service Excellence certification in automotive repair service, Paul fulfilled his dream of opening an honest and trustworthy automotive repair service in his community with the establishment of Cal-State Automotive Service in 1995.

Paul is a married family man with two children and he understands the importance of providing a safe environment for his family and yours.
